Entries in mountain maryland art sale and tour (3)

This weekend is another opportunity to visit my studio during the Mountain Maryland Art Sale and Tour.  It will be the last open studio of the year for me.  The weather looks much better this weekend than last, and I thought these photos might encourage a drive through our county.   We're open 11-5 Saturday and Sunday.  Hope to see you!

Reason #3 New Art!

Reason #3 to attend the Mountain Maryland Art Sale & Tour.  Stop by my place to see new art I've worked on this fall.  I've already posted some of the Deep Creek Lake series on canvas that I started.  Also included are some new techniques with interesting texture, like "Honeycomb Falls".  This watercolor on canvas is 16"x12". ©copyright 2012 Robert Yonke

24 Days! 24 Reasons!

Only twenty four more days until the 12th Annual Mountain Maryland Art Sale and Tour.  I thought it would be a fun idea to give you twenty four reasons why you should plan on taking the tour.

Reason #1:  You have two weekends to take the tour.  I know you're all busy.  Scheduled for the weekends of October 20-21 and 27-28, the dates allow you to fit this into your schedule.  Hours are 11am - 5pm each day.   Pick one weekend and take a turbo tour of Garrett and Allegany County..or break it up into a more leisurely trip over two weekends.
