Friday Drop In Studio Sessions Start May 19th

Are you looking to work on your watercolor technique this summer? I'm offering weekly drop-in classes again this year in my Turkey Neck Studio at Deep Creek Lake.  Sessions are on Friday mornings from 10 am til noon starting May 19th.

These are working sessions with an opportunity for us to paint alongside each other while we discuss various topics and try new techniques. Artists of all levels are invited to attend. Participants are free to drop in for any or all classes. Space is limited, so please call or email at least 24 hours in advance to reserve a spot.

Makeshift Studio

I find myself on the go a lot, and always seem to be able to put together a makeshift studio.  The house we stayed in last week provided beach chairs that actually turned out to be a perfect chair for working, complete with built it pockets and an attached side table.  The chair also easily folds for transport.  Not so fancy, but the box was also a useful addition to my work space as well.
